Happy Friday guys!!! I am so excited to announce that today I am linking up with fellow blogger Tif from Bright on a Budget. Tif and I are each pretty obsessed with our Plaid Blanket Scarves that are UNDER $15 (see my original post here) and it seems the fashion world has likewise fallen in love with plaid blanket scarves.
So, Tif and I decided it would be awesome to link-up and each show you our favourite way to style our scarves and, in the process, give you two different ideas for ways you can wear yours! (a wardrobe “re-wear”, if you will!)

This is one of my favourite cozy fall looks. Blanket scarves are super bulky, and thus, the rest of your outfit needs to be styled accordingly. This Old Navy vest is the PERFECT pair to this scarf because it has a ‘puffer vest’ look, but it is actually quite thin and so does not add bulk. I definitely recommend this vest!
I paired my scarf and vest with a basic cotton long sleeve tee in a colour that is in the plaid of the scarf (so many colours you could choose from to create a similar look – like the burgundy Tif styled!); and my favourite Old Navy skinny jeans. Girrrrrrls, I cannot preach enough about these jeans. They are BY FAR the best jeans I have ever owned, and they are also some of the cheapest! If you have curves (hey there hips!) these seriously provide the greatest fit.
Today officially wraps up my first week of work at a new Crown Attorney’s office. I had an amazing, amazing week. I learned so much and loved the work. I am definitely looking forward to having a weekend to relax though! Don’t forget to head over to Bright on a Budget to see more pictures of how Tif styled hers!
Stopping by after reading Tif's post on the blanket scarf. I love how you styled yours! Your bag and booties are fab! Such a great fall look!
