Peplum Sweater // Ponte Seamed Skinny Pants // Black & Grey Suede Heels // Cocktail Ring // Kate Spade Crossbody
Floral Peplum Top // Red Lace up Block Heels // Frayed Hem Skinny Jeans // Gold & Silver Druzy Open Cuff // Gold & SIlver Druzy Delicate Bracelet
This week’s work outfit is styled around that gorgeous peplum sweater. I love the idea of peplum in a sweater, and the faux shirt collar is the perfect detail for the office. I wanted to stick with the black and grey color scheme for this business outfit, so I paired the top with black skinny pants. I have heard the BEST reviews of these Nic + Zoe skinny pants. Personally, I love the look of the seam down the front. I definitely want to add these to my work day wardrobe! I decided to go with these gorgeous grey & black suede heels to pull the outfit together. And of course, couldn’t pass up the chance to add a statement ring #StatementRingsAreMyAddiction.
I must just be in a peplum mood this week, because this week’s weekend look also features a peplum top. I love the sleeves and floral print to this top. I decided to pair it with frayed hem jeans – which are extremely on trend – and the cutest red suede shoes I have ever seen. I went with gold & silcer druzy accessories. These bracelets are a great addition to your jewelry collection because they can easily be styled with other gold or silver jewelry. Yay for versatility!
We had snow this past weekend in Vancouver ( what. the. what.) so I have been wearing sweaters and boots and toques all week. I am *dreaming* of getting to wear spring/summer clothes again, and it has NOT helped that the stores are starting to get in so many gorgeous spring dresses haha. The good news is I have been narrowing down the list of things I want and need for this spring, so I’ll be ready to do some spring shopping soon. Any items on your “must-have” list for spring?
