What to Wear to a Holiday Office Party (Look 1)

December 4, 2017

Picking an outfit that for your office holiday party can be tough. You need to find something that is festive / holiday ready, but that is still appropriate and something you feel comfortable wearing with colleagues.

I knew I wanted to show you all two office party looks this season, and I when I came across this red dress I knew it was perfect for one of the looks. I love that the sheath fit of this dress skims your body without being too tight and I love the below the knee length. The bow tie detail at the top gives it just enough embellishment to make it pop for a holiday party.

A big trend we are seeing this year in fashion that is perfect for holiday parties (both office and regular!) is coordinated jackets and dresses. The one color look has been seen from runways, to magazines, to fashion’s “it girls”. It’s a great trend for all of us working women because it is something that is so easy for us to incorporate into our work day wardrobes and (clearly) work party outfits!

This ruffle sleeve jacket just screams holiday party and is so trendy when styled with the red dress. I love the ruffle sleeves on this and wear it all the time with statement bracleets or a nice watch. It’s such a versatile coat!

I had a holiday party for one of the courthouses I work at on Friday night and it was a great time. It was held at a local distillery that is owned by one of my lawyer colleagues. Such a great party venue. I still have another work related Christmas party on the 15th so I am definitely in need of multiple holiday office outfits. I will be showing you a second holiday party look tomorrow on the blog, so be sure to pop back over here!
