Good morning! It is been a while since I’ve done a round up / outfit inspiration post for you, so today I wanted to give you just that and share a number of summer outfits to wear to work.
I have a pretty busy work day ahead; but it’s a rare one for me in that I am not in court today! I actually have a day to catch up on file review and all the other things I need to do while in the office. It is another gorgeous day, so I am hoping to get out of the office pretty early and get some sunshine!
I hope you have a great day and a great work week ahead. Enjoy this round-up of summer outfits to wear to work!
Formal / Corporate Work Outfits
2. Cream Pantsuit / Monchromatic Look:
For a look that feels light and summery but still corporate, go for a lighter color suit (white or cream is perfect) and keep the rest of your outfit monochromatic.
3. Olive Pantsuit with neutral accessories:
This olive color is a perfect way to add color to your corporate wardrobe since the shade still looks polished and classic.
4. Bow Blouse & Pencil Skirt:
A Button down blouse that ties in a bow at the neck is classy while still being fashionable. Pair it with a pencil skirt and heels.
5. White Blazer & Black Pants:
Brighten up your wardrobe buy styling a white blazer instead of a black one for a lighter-for-summer look.
6. White Shirt Dress & Black Blazer:
A white shirt dress is timeless, and to make it appropriate for a corporate office, add a black blazer and accessories. I like the look of a belted dress under a blazer, and a patent belt works perfectly with this look.
Business Casual Outfits:
2. Frill Hem Dress:
Another great option for a business casual environment is this dropped waist frill hem dress. It comes in two colors!
3. Lace Top & Pleated Midi Skirt:
A pleated midi skirt with any blouse is a great choice for a business casual outfit. Opt for a colored midi skirt and a neutral blouse.
4. Printed Pencil Skirt & Statement Blouse:
Since a business casual environment allows for a bit more creativity, a printed pencil skirt is a great option for a summer outfit to wear to work.
5. Floral Dress:
A printed dress is also a great option for a business casual environment. This shirt style dress has a pretty floral print and is long enough for the office.
6. White Pants & a Cozy Lightweight Sweater:
For a business casual environment, white flared pants or even culottes are a great choice. Pair with a soft but lightweight sweater to beat the office chill!
Trendy Work Outfits:
2. Gingham Dress:
For a trendy office environment a dress in an of-the-moment print is a great choice. Leopard, gingham and polka dots have all been big this summer.
3. Outfit with a belt bag:
Belt bags aka. fanny packs are a trend that is going strong. For an office that is trendier, take your usual work outfit (blazer, cardigan etc.), and style a belt bag with it.
4. Yellow Blazer & Striped Pants:
Mix fun colors and prints for a trendy work outfit. A perfect option is a yellow blazer with striped pants. This outfit would also look great with polka dot pants (I have & love these! I get compliments every time I wear them!)
5. Pink suit & a printed blouse:
This pink skirt suit is a favorite of mine because it has a vintage feel. Any pink suit though would be perfect paired with a printed top for a fashion-forward wear to work outfit.
6. Lace Pencil Skirt:
You can make an office outfit trendier or more fashion forward by picking a classic piece, like a pencil skirt, and opting for one in a unique fabric. Lace is an excellent choice!
7. Sleeveless blazer:
A sleeveless blazer on top of your work outfit is a great way to up the trendiness of your look. For a really fashion-forward choice go with a sleeveless blazer in a bold color.

Thank you so much!!
I no longer work in an office but it was always hard to figure out how to dress in the summer!
Agreed! I’m all about layering because you want to be comfortable when you’re out grabbing lunch, commuting, etc., but not freeze inside an over air-conditioned office!
So many chic and stylish outfit!! 🙂
