Creating our wedding registry has been of the most fun parts of wedding planning so far (aside from cake tasting, which should really be an activity we do more frequently in life lol). Since Alex and I are both in our 30’s and lived on our own for years before leaving together the past year and a half, we were worried about what on earth we would put on our wedding registry! Turns out, there are a ton of great items we needed that are quality pieces that will last us for years to come.
Since some of you are fellow brides to be, and many of you just are on the hunt for good homewares, I wanted to share with you what we’ve put on our wedding registry.
Le Creuset Round Dutch Oven: Le Cresuet in general was the first thing we knew we wanted to put on our registry. Le Creuset pots and pans are not cheap but they last a literal lifetime. My mom and sister are both still using their Le Creuset pots from the 70’s and 80’s! Alex and I opted for the meringue color which is a creamy light beige ombre. It’s gorgeous and timeless! The dutch oven is the classic must-have.
Le Creuset “Cassadou”: A Cassadou is basically a deep saute pan, we thought this would be the perfect second piece for our Le Creuset picks.
Le Creuset Gold Knobs: I feel like people don’t know this but the knobs on the tops of Le Creuset pots and pans are interchangable. They have gorgeous gold ones which we plan to put on our Dutch Oven & Cassadou since the gold looks gorgeous with the Meringue and ties in with the rest of our kitchenware.
Aarke Water Carbonator: Alex & I are sparkling water addicts, so of course we had to add a water carbonator to our registry. This one is a much sleeker (smaller) design than many of the options out there which is perfect for our small kitchen. I also love that it comes in multiple colors, we opted for white.
Instant Pot Air Fryer: Tiktok made me do it. lol. Air Fryer recipes are everywhere right now. We want in on the healthy and delicious air frying action!
Breville Barista Express Espresso Machine: Don’t get me wrong, we love the convenience of our Nespresso, but we love coffee (like, a lot), and so we wanted to add a premium coffee maker to our kitchen. This one comes highly recommended by friends & family.
Williams Sonoma Non-Stick Gold Bakeware Set: This set of 6 baking items (loaf pan, muffin tins, cooling tray) is a great deal and will replace all of our mismatched baking tins!
Glass Domed Cake Display: I have always wanted a glass cake display, and this one is a pretty and affordable option.
Caraway Home Non-Stick 7 Piece Cookware Set: These will be our everyday pots and pans. Can you believe how gorgeous they are!? The mint color with gold handles is so gorgeous. We also did a lot of research on the best pots and pans (you have to be careful with non-stick because Teflon is a dangerous chemical that can lead to cancer, infertility and more). These are free of the dangerous non-stick chemicals.
The other area of goods we realized we wanted to add to our wedding registry was new dishware and new glassware. We have a hodgepodge of mix and match dishes and glassware from our two homes and while we had some good pieces in there we wanted to start fresh with new sets. if you’re looking for new dishes or glasses you NEED to see these:
Rattan Placemats: I love these placemats! Cute and affordable and perfect for an outdoor dining setup!
Emma Beaded Dishware (Pottery Barn): We fell in love with this Pottery Barn dishware design. The beading gives it a softer touch without being too feminine. The stoneware is also such good quality and I love that they have coordinating pieces for everything. We’ve asked for the dinner plates, salad plates, soup bowls and cereal bowls but also a bunch of the additional non-staples like the butter dish, serving platters, water pitcher etc.
Camille Long Stem White Wine Glasses: Did anyone else watch the TV show Scandal?! The show itself was good, but by FAR the best thing was character Olivia Pope’s insanely cool long stem wine glasses. I saw these which are nearly identical and had to get them!
Camille Long Stem Red Wine Glasses: These are the red wine version of the above, same long stem with a larger goblet.
Camille Long Stem Champagne Coupe Glasses: Same again! haha, what can I say, we love to entertain and drink haha. These champagne glasses will be perfect for celebrations!
Cane Recycled Glass Pitcher: For outdoor entertaining we fell in love with cane webbing detailing. The webbing is removable so the pitcher is easily washable.
Cane Drinkware Collection: Similar to the pitcher, the glasses have a cane webbing that is removable for easy washing (they’re dishwasher safe) they have both a short and taller glass version and we’ve got both on our list since the taller are perfect for water and the shorter are great for mocktails or other drinks.
Voila! I can’t believe our registry is done, I’ve had a bridal shower and our wedding is in 24 days! AHHHH!
Great roundup! I just got a le cruset pot and I can’t wait to use it!
