Calling all my fellow brides-to-be (and honestly anyone who just likes white dresses for summer … which is basically everyone haha!) For my fellow brides – there are so many outfits needed during this amazing, fun and chaotic time. A bridal shower outfit, bachelorette outfits, and even cute honeymoon outfits. We’re talking a lot of white dresses for a bride-to-be! Read on for white dresses and white outfit ideas for all your bridal events.
My wedding is in 18 days (WHAT!?) and I’ll talk more about where Alex and I are at with the planning and with upcoming bridal events at the end of this post, so be sure to read on if you’re interested in that!
This gorgeous dress is classic meets trendy with the elegant lace material cut in a halter silhouette. The back of the dress is unlined lace which makes such a statement! This dress would be perfect for a modern bridal shower or a rehearsal dinner. It fits true to size (I’m wearing a 6). Style tip: wear your hair up so you can see the stunning back. Add a sparkly headband and statement earrings for a vintage meets modern look.
2. White Lace Bodycon Dress – $78
This pretty little number is perfect for a bachelorette night out. The asymmetrical hem is really flattering and the straps are adjustable so you can get a great fit for your body. This dress fits true to size (I’m in a S) and is currently in stock in all sizes! It also comes in black and a few other colors so you if you love this dress, it would also make a great date-night dress!
3. Off-the-Shoulder Jumpsuit – $200
I couldn’t do this post without sneaking one white jumpsuit in here! This white jumpsuit is perfect for a bold bride-to-be for basically any bridal event! Personally, I’m going to wear this to my day after the wedding family brunch. It fits true to size (I’m wearing a size 6) and the shoulder straps/chest have structure built in (not sure how else to describe it) as well as a line of grippy material (again, sorry for the terrible description 🤦♀️). All of that to stay – it holds it’s shape and stays in place!
4. Corset Mini Dress –
If you’re looking for a wow-factor bachelorette dress, this is it! I was worried for the price it would be very thin (ie. not supportive) and see through. I was pleasantly surprised by how fitted/shaping the material is. It is however a bit see-through – so plan on wearing no-show nude underwear only!! I went with my usual size 6 but it does fit a bit tight so I would recommend going up a size, especially if you have a larger chest.
5. White Crop Top & Shorts Matching Set – $62
This set is one I bought for summer in general, (as I said, who doesn’t love white in the summer?!) but, I realized it’s also perfect for a tropical / warm weather honeymoon. The top and shorts are sold separately, so you can also just buy one piece if that’s more your style. The top fits true to size (I’m in a M) but the bottoms are a bit small. I got my usual M but they are snug, so size up if you’re between sizes.

My Bridal Events / Wedding Updates:
I feel so, so grateful that things have started opening up and I’ve been able to have a few last minute bridal events, including my Paris Fashion Week Themed bridal shower and a bridesmaids brunch. I fly back to Ontario next week ( on July 1st!) and I’m actually having a second bridal shower there with all my Ontario friends and family. I’m so excited for it!
In terms of wedding planning: I hesitate to say this and jinx it, but we are 99% ready! All the vendors and everything are organized and ready to go. The only major things I have left to do are write my vows (eek!) and complete some DIY projects that I’ve created for myself (including an epic champagne situation which I literally cannot wait to show you! lol)
Alex and I are still trying to figure out our post-wedding “mini-moon” but I think we have a game plan and will be organizing that this week. It will just be for a few days right after the wedding as we both have to get back to work. Luckily we are also doing a long honeymoon (a full month!) in Europe in September.
