Blazer c/o // Dress c/o // Boots c/o // Handbag c/o // Earrings c/o
I wore this outfit to Vancouver Fashion Week last week (thanks to Ever New for outfitting me!). I was absolutely thrilled with how this look turned out. I felt feminine but fierce, which you know is my favorite fashion combo. I definitely want to wear this look over and over (…and over) again. I think it would make an awesome date night look.
The military-inspired blazer is absolutely stunning and, of course, right on trend this fall. I like that it’s a versatile piece because it can be worn on top of an LBD like I did here, but it also is a great blazer for work. You all know I love when i can “multitask” my clothing haha.
The dress is probably my favorite item I have added to my wardrobe this year (… big talk, I know haha). I actually saw this in the store and thought “okay, another LBD, that’s nice”. I definitely wasn’t particularly interested in it. Luckily my friend made me try it on and I fell in love with it instantly. I can’t express to you guys how well this dress fits. It seriously is so perfectly structured and perfectly fit. And do not even get me started on the bardot style (why do I not own more dresses like this?! This cut is so flattering!) In case I haven’t praised this dress enough, I also have to say how great the slit is. Unlike many dresses the slit actually stays in place and is the perfect height. #winning
My accessories for this outfit are also items I’ll be wearing throughout the fall. The gold earrings are right on trend (and super affordable) and the floral embroidery clutch is a perfect addition to any fall outfit. I wore it this past weekend with jeans a white tee and my black leather jacket. I received a ton of compliments on it too, which is always fun haha.
In other news, happy Friday everyone!! I don’t even know what I am doing yet tonight but now I really want to wear this dress haha. Do you guys have fun weekend plans?
